1. General information
This website is operated by Merlis Homes S.L. All purchases made through the online store on this website are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a prerequisite for placing an order. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Products and pricing
We offer digital products and services, including webinars, digital materials, and consultations. All prices are in euros and include applicable value added tax (VAT), unless the buyer has a valid EU VAT identification number (VAT number), which allows for VAT exemption.
Payment solutions are provided by Maksekeskus AS and Stripe Inc.
3. Placing an order
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. The customer will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. If the product includes access to content (e.g. a seminar), the relevant information will be sent to the same email address.
4. Delivery method
All products are digital and are delivered electronically (via email, link, or online platform). Delivery usually takes place immediately after payment confirmation. In case of delays, please contact us at eve@merlishomes.com.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish consumer law, there is no right of withdrawal for digital products and online training once the customer has been granted access.
If the customer is unable to access the product due to technical reasons, please notify us within 3 working days, and we will find an appropriate solution.
6. Liability and limitations
Merlis Homes S.L. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the service. All information and content are provided for informational purposes only and do not replace the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
7. Processing of personal data
Customer data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Data is used for order fulfillment, billing, and customer communication.
8. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement or, if necessary, in the competent court (Marbella, Spain).
