Las Lagunas – New Developments Next to Costa del Sol’s Largest Park

Las Lagunas – A Promising Area Just Outside Fuengirola

Las Lagunas is located about 2 km from the beach, right next to Fuengirola, and is worth keeping an eye on. The Mijas Town Council is investing €32.8 million to develop Costa del Sol’s largest park, spanning 350,000 m².

The park is expected to be completed by the end of 2025, coinciding with several new developments in the area.

Park Highlights. A scenic lake, a skatepark, 5,000 m² of children’s playgrounds, and a 2,000 m² dog park are planned. The perimeter will feature a running track and bike path, alongside an open-air amphitheater for concerts. Additionally, a new health center will be constructed nearby.

New Development by Las Lagunas Park

The development offers a range of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses. Each unit comes with spacious terraces to make the most of Costa del Sol’s year-round pleasant climate, plus a garage and storage room.
