Las Mesas is the town’s most active new-build area. It includes the projects that have brought the largest number of new homes to Estepona in recent years. The apartments feature modern layouts, larger terraces and well-designed communal areas, all within a short distance of the town centre and the promenade.
In the centre and around the port, new developments are more limited due to the lack of available land. Here, individual new buildings are constructed or older ones are fully redeveloped, offering the chance to live in a newer home in Estepona’s most vibrant urban zone.
