2. Purposes and legal bases for processing clients’ personal data (data)

Third-party cookies, like those from YouTube and Google Maps. Location maps and videos are not shown if you do not agree to the privacy policy. To make this technically possible, we use the privacy_embeds cookie created by the Avada theme.

4. Personal data processed by MH (including data)

MH may process the following personal data (including data):

User actions related to MH emails – including data about which emails were opened and how and when.

MH does not process special categories of personal data as a controller.

5. Sharing of personal data

MH does not grant third parties the right to use our customer’s data.

MH does not share client personal data with third parties except under the conditions listed below. All data is used solely for communication and to offer better products or services.

6. Security, Use, and Retention of Personal Data

MH may send clients information about its services, products, newsletters, and offers if the client has voluntarily provided their contact information. This will continue until the client requests the cessation of these activities or unsubscribes from the newsletter.

The secure storage of personal data is MH’s highest security priority. We strive to do everything possible to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, and other unlawful processing. 6.2. Retention Period – How Long Do We Retain Personal Data?

When we no longer need personal data and there are no legal obligations to retain it, we delete the personal data.
